HEAD OF SPECIAL PROJECTS DEPARTMENT

Position Summary
The General Manager – Special Projects is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex, high‑value capital projects (typically exceeding RM100 million) within agreed safety, time, cost, scope, and quality parameters. The role sits within the Project Integration Division and reports to its Head.
The position has a strong strategic and operational focus, leading multidisciplinary teams and external partners while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

Level: General Manager
Reports to: Head of Project Integration Division
Direct reports: Project Managers
Works closely with internal department heads, senior management, and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
