Our client, an Internet MNC with strong presence Globally, and good reputation in the Blockchain industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall spot business strategy
Oversee and execute liquidity strategies for the spot market such as building & managing the market making ecosystem
Lead collaborations with Traditional financial institutions (brokerages, asset managers, banks, custodians) or Asset Managers
Build and manage the spot asset and liquidity team (product, operations, institutional BD, etc.).
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields
8+ years of experience in finance or digital assets, with at least 3 years in a core business leadership or team leadership role.
Deep understanding of spot trading, liquidity mechanisms, and market-making models.
