The position involves handling a high volume of low-value transactional work, such as lease events and lettings, while also supporting broader asset management activities like valuations, EPC-related upgrades, service charge scheduling, and measured surveys. Responsibilities Manage a high volume of landlord and tenant transactions across retail and commercial/industrial units.
