The Pasqual Maragall Foundation (FPM) and the Barcelonaβeta Brain Research Center (BBRC) are looking to recruit a Head of Strategic Programs , a position transversal to both institutions, designed to operate at the center of strategy and execution.

In the current context of growth and transformation, organizations are at a stage of institutional maturity that requires greater execution capacity, inter-organizational coordination, and functional delegation. Multiple initiatives and strategic priorities are progressing in parallel and require structured alignment, monitoring, and disciplined execution.

The objective of the position is to help fulfill the strategic priorities of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation and the BBRC with clarity, pace and consistency, supporting the planning, coordination, execution and performance monitoring throughout the organization.
