The Company is seeking a Head of Strategy and Corporate Planning to spearhead the development, execution, and continuous enhancement of its corporate strategy, enterprise performance management, innovation, and sustainability agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing high-quality business strategies that align with both short and long-term objectives, leading the formulation of the company’s long-term strategic plan, and ensuring that strategic objectives are translated into actionable initiatives and performance targets. This role also involves aligning corporate strategy with national and regional development priorities, designing the enterprise performance management framework, and driving a performance-driven culture across the organization.
