Role Overview 
The Head of Strategy & Market Intelligence will play a pivotal role in shaping the long‑term direction of the company within the dynamic FMCG confectionery sector. This leader will drive strategic planning, competitive intelligence, and market insights to support executive decision‑making and accelerate business growth and value creation. Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee, the role combines analytical rigor, strategic vision, and strong business acumen to identify opportunities, anticipate market shifts, and guide the organization through complex strategic choices. 
Key Responsibilities 
Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process and the company’s top down strategic plan, defining long term priorities, growth pathways and value creation levers
