Head of Student Acquisition

Position Summary

The Head of Student Acquisition is responsible for leading Employability Advantage's sales strategy and growth across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels, with a strong emphasis on the Philippines and Australian market. This role drives institutional awareness, engagement, and sales through workshops and events. The role is also responsible for direct relationship management with education providers and host companies to generate sustainable student enrolments (B2B2C) and potential employment opportunities. The Head of Student Acquisition manages and mentors the Education Engagement & Partnerships Lead, ensuring KPI achievement through structured coaching and support. This position requires high-level stakeholder engagement, collaboration with marketing and operations, and the ability to secure new institutional partnerships, driving growth while maintaining existing relationships.
