Overview

Our client is a Tier 1 Asset Management Company active across global and multi asset-class investments. As part of their development, they are looking for a team-leader to manage a team of seasoned Portfolio Managers running systematic and absolute return strategies.

Responsibilities

• The Head of Systematic & Absolute Return Strategies will act as a true team leader and mentor to the senior portfolio managers, supporting and challenging their research efforts, supervising the development of the company’s quantitative research and trading platform, and ensuring the coherence of the overall strategy with the Head of Investments and CIO.
• As a team-leader the Head of Systematic & Absolute Return Strategies will set clear goals, priorities, and expectations for the team, organize and monitor day-to-day work delivery, manage team resources, capacity and workload effectively.
