Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering a client in the manufacturing space, is looking to appoint a seasoned Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve its in-house TA function. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving strategic hiring across operations, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to support ongoing growth and workforce expansion in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take full ownership of the Talent Acquisition function, leading, coaching, and developing a team to deliver against hiring targets while continuously raising the bar on recruitment performance and capability.
