Morgan Philips is exclusively partnering with an international bank with their search for a Head of TA. This is an extremely exciting position to grow with the company as they set up new functions and expand operations within Malaysia.

You will be partnering with the Head of HR to:

• Lead TABPs for various Business Unit Heads to research and advise on local talent pools, ultimately identifying challenges and opportunities within Malaysia's talent landscape
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all candidates and hiring managers
• Devise programs to attract & retain the best talent, and create innovative recruitment strategies
