In short


As the Head of Talent Operations, APAC, you will be responsible for the full scope of our talent operations, ensuring all processes from payroll and benefits to contracts and HR compliance run with precision and care for both our corporate and retail populations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Operations, global and based in Shanghai, you will serve as the functional expert for the region, partnering closely with global systems and stakeholders to build a scalable and human-centered foundation for our growth across Great China, Japan, Korea, Oceania and South EastAsia. 


Your Mission

  • Own the day-to-day talent operations across the APAC, ensuring seamless execution of all payroll, benefits, and HR processes for a diverse population including both corporate and retail team members
