Head of Talent Planning & Acquisition
to ensure our global teams have the right talent, leadership depth, and capability to deliver on our ambitious growth plans. This is a business-critical, high-impact role working directly with our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to shape our talent strategy across the USA, China, the Philippines, New Zealand, and Australia.

About the Role:

As AAT's in-house headhunter and strategic talent partner, you will lead global senior and mission-critical recruitment, succession planning, and internal talent development.
