Head of Talent Planning & Acquisition – Global Role (Based in Alabang)
AAT is looking for a senior, strategic Head of Talent Planning & Acquisition to ensure our global teams have the right talent, leadership depth, and capability to deliver on our ambitious growth plans. This is a business-critical, high-impact role working directly with our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to shape our talent strategy across the USA, China, the Philippines, New Zealand, and Australia.
About the Role:
As AAT's in-house headhunter and strategic talent partner, you will lead global senior and mission-critical recruitment, succession planning, and internal talent development. You will translate business strategy into actionable workforce plans, proactively engage top talent worldwide, and ensure AAT continues to attract, develop, and retain high-performing professionals across all geographies and disciplines.
