Talent Acquisition Team Lead (Temporary Role – 6 Months) in Lisbon

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to temporarily lead and support our Recruitment area during a replacement period of approximately 6 months, ensuring the definition of strategic priorities and the effective management of a team of Talent Recruiters.

In this role, you will contribute to business growth by strengthening service sales performance, supporting recruitment operations, and ensuring alignment with Multivision's values and brand identity. You will also play an active role in identifying opportunities, implementing recruitment strategies, and promoting high performance within the Talent Acquisition team.
