Head of Tax

Hiring: Head of Taxation | Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced tax leader to head the taxation function for a diversified, multi-entity manufacturing group with operations across India, Thailand, and a planned US entity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Direct Tax, GST, Transfer Pricing, and Tax Compliance

• Manage tax assessments, litigation, and tax risk governance

• Drive cross-border taxation and transfer pricing strategies

• Support business expansion, including US tax setup and compliance

• Build robust tax processes and lead a high-performing tax team

Requirements:

✔ Chartered Accountant (CA)

✔ 8–12 years of post-qualification experience

✔ Strong expertise in Direct Tax, GST, and Transfer Pricing

✔ Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred

✔ Exposure to cross-border taxation and multi-entity operations
