1. Teacher Performance & Quality Control

• Define and enforce teaching standards and instructional SOPs.

• Monitor teacher performance through:

  • Student feedback

  • Class observations

  • Learning outcomes & retention

• Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective actions for underperforming teachers.

2. Teacher Leadership & Management

• Manage all teachers (full-time, part-time, and freelance).

• Own teacher scheduling and class allocation.

• Act as the main escalation point for any teacher-related issues (attendance, conduct, quality).

3. Training & Development

• Design and lead:

  • Teacher onboarding programs

  • Pedagogy training

  • Product and curriculum training
