The Head of Technical Design leads Electra’s Technical and Engineering Design Department (TED), ensuring all projects are supported by robust, accurate, and high-quality technical documentation. This role combines operational leadership with strategic development — overseeing day-to-day department performance while driving long-term improvements in tools, methods, and team capabilities.
Acting as the bridge between design, engineering, and production, the Head of Technical Design ensures that every drawing, study, and structure meets Electra’s established standards of excellence for safety, feasibility, and creativity.
