Head of Technical: Food Quality & Compliance Leader

MOREPEOPLE LIMITED is seeking a Head of Technical to oversee the technical strategy and lead a five-member technical team. You will support continuous improvement efforts in food safety and quality, ensuring compliance across the supply chain and managing key customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in a senior technical role in Fresh Produce or Food Manufacturing and strong knowledge of retailer standards. A proactive mindset and HACCP qualifications are desirable, alongside a competitive car allowance and holiday package.
