Location: Hertfordshire (3–4 days per week in the office)

Salary: Up to £90,000

Overview

We are partnering with a Hertfordshire-based Managed Service Provider seeking a Head of Technical Services to take full ownership of the end-to-end technical function across the business.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for technical strategy, service delivery, platform ownership and team development. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the position offers a clear pathway to Director level.

The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands-on — comfortable setting direction, owning platforms and workflows, and stepping into complex technical and delivery challenges when required.
