We are seeking an exceptional Head of Technical Services to provide senior leadership across the HMRC West estate, supporting the operational infrastructure of HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). This is a high-profile senior leadership role accountable for the strategic direction, governance and operational delivery of all Hard FM services across a complex, multi-site government contract. As Head of Technical Services, you will act as the senior technical authority across the HMRC West portfolio, leading Technical Services Managers and the Asset Manager to ensure safe, compliant and efficient delivery of: Planned maintenance, Reactive and corrective works, Lifecycle and asset optimisation programmes, Engineering resilience and business continuity planning.
