1. Asset & Reliability Management

  • Establish an efficient, transparent cost and asset management framework, overseeing the site maintenance budget to optimize plant availability and FAM cost efficiency.
  • Take full accountability for the reliability and operational integrity of all site assets; own the reliability target-setting process and align with all relevant global and local stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reliability strategy, including standard procedures, processes, systems, tools, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in asset utilization across all facilities....
