Factory and production line setup - projects: Is responsible for screening and qualifying suppliers to ensure technical capabilities, engineering and manufacturing capacity and competitive pricing.
Production Technology Development: Is responsible to develop and optimize technologies and processes to enable our Consumer electronic and Photonics applications roadmaps, with focus on scalability, CapEx efficiency, equipment flexibility for multi program usage.
Scouting of new production technologies: Is responsible for evaluation of new production technologies with the potential to disruptively improve quality and/or cost of optical components products.
Technology Center Responsible to build-up and run our optical components technology center to be able to evaluate and develop disruptive technologies and sample optical components products for new customers.
