This role involves overseeing compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and partnering with HR leaders across business units, focusing on market surveys and benchmarking strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in compensation and rewards along with a postgraduate degree/MBA in HR.
