Head of Toy Finance

Job Description As the Head of Toy Finance, you will serve as the senior financial leader and strategic partner for Spin Master’s ~$2B global toy business. This role sits at the center of commercial strategy, partnering directly with executive leaders across Toy Creative Center, Supply Chain, and global markets to drive profitable growth, optimize operations, and enhance portfolio performance.

You will lead a large, globally distributed finance organization and play a critical role on the Finance Leadership Team—shaping enterprise decisions, improving operational agility, and driving accountability across complex, matrixed structures. This is a high-impact leadership role blending commercial finance, global PL ownership, financial planning, and long-range strategic planning.
