What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the team that keeps the market trading machine humming: trade bookings, P&L, reconciliations, and settlements. You will oversee liquidity, margin, collateral, and capital allocation across multiple exchanges, DeFI trading venues, trading partners, custodians, and banks. You will understand our on- and off-exchange trade requirements and you will build error proof processes, automate repetitive steps, and setup training.
