Job Description

The Head of Training Centre for the strategic development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our customer and technical training programmes. The Head of Training Centre will lead a team of trainers, coordinate with other departments and global partners, and act as the primary point of contact for all customer training needs, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following.

  • Lead and manage the training team, including technical trainers, content developers and coordinators.

  • Manage global scheduling, financial planning, capacity planning, and resourcing for all training activities.

  • Develop and expand our global training hubs, to improve quality and availability of training courses.

  • Ensure all training activity adheres to health and safety, environment, and quality standards.
