Head of Training

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Training division, aligning initiatives with business goals and brand standards
• Implement training, assessment, evaluation and continuous optimization of operational skills and standards in the jurisdiction according to standards and requirements.
• Develop leadership training for Operations team to support internal succession planning.
• Operate and maintain the E-Learning platform according to the E-Learning SOP and other guidelines.
• Deliver training programs and workshops on service excellence, product knowledge, food safety, hygiene standards, upselling techniques, and customer engagement.
• To carry out localization and adaptation of the training syllabus.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through measurable metrics (KPIs, guest feedback, mystery shopper results, audits, etc.).
