Job Description

Head of UW & Portfolio Management, Small Commercial Insurance 
The Head of Underwriting and portfolio management role will focus on managing the underwriting function specifically for the small commercial and lower middle market sector. This role will report to the Segment leader, Head of Middle Market & Small Commercial to ensure alignment in leveraging Chubb's capabilities, products, technology, distribution, partnerships, and brand to drive business growth in this segment.
Responsibilities of this role will include:
Developing underwriting strategies and identifying opportunities for product development to deliver profitable growth leveraging Chubb’s technology capabilities for the needs of intermediaries and consumers.
Effectively evaluate and assess risks within the small commercial and lower middle market sectors.
