At Razorpod, we don't just design something and walk away once it launches. We build living systems, design that keeps improving after launch and keeps delivering ROI. We watch how it performs, learn from real users, and make it better over time. We're looking for someone to lead this work and the team behind it. What you'll do Lead UX projects from start to finish, you own the quality, the timeline, and the result. Lead and grow a team of about 5 designers. Guide their work, review it, and help them get better. Work directly with senior clients. Understand their problem, explain your thinking, manage scope, and turn unclear briefs into a clear plan. Set the design strategy, what to build, why it matters, and how we'll measure success. Build and look after our design systems, and keep improving them after launch. Help win new work...
