Head of Video Policy & Regional High Harm - Trust and Safety

The Video & Regional Policy team is at the center of this mission, turning safety policies into enforceable, scalable decisions across every harm area, from misinformation, sexualized behaviors, violent extremism, to regulated goods and more, adapting them to the regulatory and cultural realities of every region.
We are hiring a Head of Video Policy & Regional High Harm to lead this team of policy enforcement experts. You will own the policy strategy for both human moderation and AI-driven systems, serve as a principal policy voice in crises, and help shape how policy, product, and operations come together across the company.
