VIP is a core revenue driver within the business — not a support function. The role requires a proactive, always-on leader who can anticipate player behaviour, optimise high-value portfolios, and drive long-term loyalty in a fast-moving crypto environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own global VIP portfolio performance (revenue, retention, exposure, incentives).
• Define segmentation, tiers, benefits, and engagement strategy.
• Lead VIP onboarding and long-term player lifecycle.
• Build and manage a high-performing VIP team.
