Head of Wealth Planning (additional soft reporting line to Regional CEO) Role Purpose Provide holistic wealth advisory services to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families. The role focuses on tax-efficient structuring, succession planning, intergenerational wealth transfer, philanthropy, and family governance, delivered in partnership with internal investment specialists and external legal/tax advisors. This role also plays a key role in business development, with a requirement to generate new opportunities and assist others in winning new business; with a particular focus on UHNW or HNW individuals or families.
