Role : Head of Wealth Products, Innovation and Digital Assets

Location : Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose: The Head of Wealth Platforms, Innovation & Digital Assets is a senior business leader within the Wealth Management division, responsible for driving the digital strategy, platform enablement, and commercial performance of all wealth platforms across Retail, Private Banking, and ADIB Securities. This role ensures that platforms are business‑aligned and commercially driven, supporting revenue growth, client acquisition, and product adoption through digital channels.

The role partners closely with Technology, Product, and Segment teams, while maintaining business ownership of platform outcomes, including digital asset strategy, innovation pipeline execution, and channel penetration.
