Head of Wine Asia

We have an exceptional opportunity to join our wine team
as Regional Head of Wine – Asia, leading the wine and sake
programmes across our Zuma locations in Hong Kong, Thailand, and Japan.

You will be responsible for driving consistency, quality,
and commercial performance across the region, while ensuring each location
delivers a guest experience that reflects Zuma’s global standards and local
relevance. If you bring deep expertise in wine, a strong understanding of
premium hospitality, and the ability to operate across culturally diverse
markets, this is a rare opportunity to shape and influence one of the most
respected brands in the industry.

This role will involve travel across Hong Kong, Thailand,
and Japan.
