• Support the Head Enterprise Risk Management to roll out the operational risk framework and strategy for the Bank with a special focus on identification, assessment, monitoring, controlling and reporting operational risk inherent in all activities, products, processes, and systems.

1. Supervise the following activities:

• Prepare and maintain operational loss data along with conducting root cause analysis and recommending controls to protect the bank against losses in future.
• To undertake continuous monitoring of key controls to assess the proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls, leading to effective management of Operational Risk.
