Our Client, a well-established Foreign Bank in Malaysia is seeking a person skilled and experienced in organisational planning, methods and transformationto join their dynamic division. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting management in carrying out variousinitiatives such astransformation, transversal projects and monitoring, outsourcing, and operational control for the variousbusinesses of the bank.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Oversee and manage Malaysia transformation projects across Business, IT, Operations, Finance, and Regulatory initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive project updates to management, highlighting progress, risks, and timelines.
• Ensure all projects comply with BNPP policies, are well-qualified, documented, and on track for timely delivery.
• Closely monitor Trade and Cash Management projects, including regulatory requirements and new products.
