• Develop SME Banca & Group Transaction Strategy : Formulate and execute the overall  partnership with SME & GTB  strategy, aligning it with the company's goals, sales targets, and market needs.
• Business Plan Creation : Develop comprehensive business plans for expanding and enhancing SME partnership  with CBBC  and  GTB to build relationship including  cross selling  and referrals
• Market & Competitor Analysis : Conduct market research to understand trends, opportunities, and competitors within the new and existing SME Banca & GTB customers

Business/Functional Operations & Transformation

• Sales Targets : Set and monitor sales targets for SME Banca partnership  with CBBC centers  nationwide , ensuring  meeting or exceeding sales target
