In this position you will lead P&C Claims management in the Market Unit Latin America and Carribean.

Responsibilities

Heading the team of experienced Claim Experts across Latin America and the Carribean; management of people and actively contributing to the development of teams and individuals.

Managing the P&C claims portfolio in the Latin America and Carribean region: ensuring strategy on large claims, paying the right claims, consistency and adequacy of case reserves, timely and accurate reporting both on individual claims as well as portfolio level and actively solving problems to avoid surprises.

Promoting Swiss Re's brand by building a network with key regional stakeholders including Swiss Re staff, clients, brokers, and other stakeholders. Providing thought leadership on key topics that impact the industry and the strategy of Swiss Re within the relevant markets.
