ROLE SUMMARYReporting to CPO, Head, People & Culture is responsible for shaping and driving the organization's people strategy to foster a high-performance, engaged and compliant workforce. This role oversees key HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Industrial Relations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop a holistic C&B framework that aligns with business priorities, ensuring competitive pay structures and benefits programs that attract top talent, retain high performers and foster employee satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Design and implement pay scales and reward mechanisms that reflect organizational growth trajectories, maintain cost efficiency and support strategic workforce planning for future talent needs.
