Head Production Operations

Role Purpose

Lead and manage production operations
across manufacturing plants to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and service objectives. The role is accountable for shop-floor execution, manpower performance, production stability, and management of major operational risks, while driving sustained improvements in productivity, capacity, and plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

Production Execution & Operational Risk Management

• Own end-to-end production performance across plants, ensuring achievement of volume, mix, and service level targets.
• Lead disciplined execution of daily production plans, shift management, and adherence to SOPs.
• Proactively manage major operational risks, including:
• Production disruptions and line instability
• Quality incidents and deviations
• Safety incidents and near misses
• Equipment and bottling line–level issues
