Responsible for formulation and driving execution of strategic agenda for Products and Transaction Banking maximizing growth, market share & profitability for Retail portfolio encompassing all Personal, SME and Commercial products, card products, cash management and trade finance solutions and spearheading rollout and utilization of alternative banking solutions.
Role entails taking ownership and providing leadership towards delivery of:
Revenue & Profit
Balance Sheet Management
Margin & Pricing
Product development & innovation
Process improvement
Identifying and developing cash management and trade finance business
Mainstreaming the bank NFI deliverables across the bank
