Head, Programming & Producing – Singapore Writers Festival

Job Purpose
Work with HOD to lead the development and delivery of impactful, high-quality programmes to positively impact the arts and larger community in Singapore through AHG’s Festival making efforts, and to achieve clear strategic objectives and outcomes, in alignment with funding KPIs.
Key Strategies include:
Strengthening partnership with artists to deepen AHG’s impact by working with creative individuals and partners to design and deliver creative partnerships and programmes that connect festivalgoers and participants with meaningful arts experiences.
Heightening profile of AHG initiatives such as SWF, Writers Fellowship and Golden Point Award as AHG’s flagship events, in line with AHG’s positioning to support artists throughout their journey.
Understanding audiences & growing outreach by working with stakeholders to design outreach and educational programmes to foster and engage new audiences at AHG festivals and programmes.
