Head Record to Report

Job Summary:
The Head – Record to Report (R2R) is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end financial closing, consolidation, and reporting processes across the organization. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies while driving efficiency and automation through SAP. The position serves as a key link between transactional finance, corporate accounting, and senior management, providing accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to support strategic decision-making.
Responsible for Financial Reporting, GL Accounting, O2C, Asset Accounting, Taxation & Treasury.
Job Responsibilities:
Define and implement the R2R, O2C, and other areas under domain, strategy aligned with corporate finance objectives.
Lead SAP optimization initiatives to enhance automation, accuracy, and reporting speed.
