Role Overview
TookiTaki is looking for a strategic Revenue Operations leader to partner closely with the CRO and own the end-to-end revenue operating model across Sales, Pre-Sales, and all quota-carrying functions.
This role goes beyond traditional RevOps. You will act as the architect and operator of TookiTaki’s revenue engine — designing scalable processes, driving execution discipline, running revenue governance, and helping translate growth strategy into on-ground reality.
You will work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics, with the mandate to improve predictability, velocity, and efficiency across the full revenue lifecycle. In the CRO’s absence, you will confidently run revenue forums, decision-making cadences, and execution reviews.
