Head - Sales & Marketing

We are currently recruiting for a well-known real estate developer for their upmarket projects, and they are inviting a Head of Sales & Marketing to join as they are looking to rejuvenate their commercial strategy and execution for the Singapore’s residential portfolio.

You will be responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening brand positioning, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position will require a deep understanding of the Singapore residential market, and the ability to engage global investors, and lifestyle-driven buyers across multiple projects.

You will be holding the helm and managing the team with key responsibilities including:

1) Sales & Marketing Strategy
