We are seeking a seasoned leader to join a regional shared services environment, overseeing end-to-end fund services delivery across multiple markets. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement across a team of close to 50 professionals.

In this role, you will:

Lead large operational functions, managing complex escalations and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service performance, client experience, and regulatory compliance.

Drive process optimisation, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business growth.
