Head, Sports Academy

Role Purpose
To establish, scale, and lead the Sports Academy as an independent business vertical in partnership with a premium sports academy, while ensuring strong integration within the Global Schools Group ecosystem.
The role carries full ownership of P&L, operations, growth strategy, partnerships, and overall performance of the academy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Leadership & P&L Ownership
Own and manage the complete P&L for the Sports Academy vertical
Drive revenue across multiple streams including:
School programs
External enrolments
Camps and leagues
Tournaments and partnerships
Develop annual business plans, budgets, pricing strategies, and growth targets
Track financial performance, manage cost structures, and ensure sustained profitability
Serve as the single point of contact for the premium sports academy partner
Manage contracts, SLAs, governance mechanisms, and performance reviews
