The role is responsible for overseeing production planning, fabrication quality, workforce management, safety compliance, and timely project execution while ensuring adherence to marine industry standards.

• Lead all steel fabrication, block assembly, and ship erection activities for shipbuilding projects.
• Develop and implement fabrication and erection strategies to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor fabrication progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and technical specifications.
