Head Stewarding & Operations Leader

A leading luxury hotel in Mexico, Yucatán is seeking a Stewarding Manager responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the department in accordance with standards. You will manage the Stewarding Department, maintain cleanliness in the back-of-house area, and ensure that all kitchens and outlets have clean operating equipment. Ideal candidates will have at least 3-4 years of experience and a degree in hospitality or restaurant management. Strong communication and leadership skills are required for this role.
