Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Experience
Drive daily and monthly sales performance (trade-in and used phone sales).
Deliver excellent customer experience through professional service and consultation.
Educate customers about trade-in options and phone conditions.
2. Team Leadership & Daily Management
Supervise and guide daily activities of store team members.
Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Ensure frontline staff are aligned with company values and sales process.
3. Store Operations & Visual Standards
Maintain proper store cleanliness, phone display, and merchandise layout.
Ensure operational SOPs are followed, including POS, trade-in flow, and testing procedures.
